Summary

What is the Significance of the Jewishness of our Christian Faith? Does it matter that our Messiah was Jewish? Does it matter that the writers of the New Testament were Jewish and their audience were primarily Jewish? Paul the Apostle even wrote that salvation was to the Jew first then to the Gentile. So my question to you is, if the authors of the New Testament were Jewish, isn’t it worth our time to study it from a 1st century Jewish mindset?
